ROM Hack Quick Question About Animal Crossing Save Editor

I was stuck with Barold in Animal Crossing (I'm sure you understand why I wanted that guy GONE.) So I replaced him with Audie. But the house isn't Audie's, it still shows up as Barold's, Though it is now Audie living in it. Does anyone know how to change the house type? Or, more specifically, what ID Audie's house has? I'm using the ACNH Save editor.
Alternatively, could someone give me the file for Audie's house so I can just dump it in the save editor?
