Quick Javascript Question

I want to get in to java and im 100% sure its installed and javascript is too and basically my question is how can i have a shortcut/exe on my desktop so it just brings up a fresh new console and can save and stuff is that possible?

What are you talking about? Java and JavaScript are two very different things.
