Hacking Quick install game card ?

Hello,
I have a lot of vita card games and I want to install them on my external card. Is There a way to do it easy or I need to dump them and install them to finally put them on qcma ?

Dump them one by one and copy them to your PC.
Then insert your SD2Vita and install them.

Or copy them one by one to the PSVSD and install them.

I have a problem with maidump. When I start the dump, the party thing open, I didnt close it (or I do it) âne when Im back on maidump it crash.
