Hacking Questions regarding private header on sky3ds plus

I just got a sky3ds plus and I have some questions regarding mainly private header.


1. Do I really need a legit copy or I can do it with downloaded 3ds games?

2. Animal Crossing New Leaf didn't work, is it the game or I've maybe downloaded it on the wrong place?

4. Ive looked at some tutorials, they all said I needed powersaves which you need a legit copy, if there is another way for backups, where can I find the right tutorial?

5. Is there a compatibility list?

6. If I get banned somehow, is there a way to bypass the ban?

Is it capable to make a private header and is there a youtube tutorial for it?

If my memory is right, it generates "random headers", not private headers, but is far more better than public headers.

Video tutorial? Nope, I don't know any links about it.
You know, I can't really access YouTube because of my nationality ...
