Hacking Questions about webMAN MOD

It seems this setting automatically looks for the matching CONFIG file in ManaGunZ's MANAGUNZ0 folder (I didn't even install ManaGunZ) and in webMAN MOD's UDPWEBMOD folder. If the PS2 ISO already has a CONFIG file associated, that file is used without having to perform said search.

Apparently, all PS1 emulators have harcoded PS1 game configurations, ps2_emu, ps2_gxemu and ps2_softemu have hardcoded PS2 game configurations and ps2_netemu can only load PS2 game configurations from an external file (like those installed by PS2CONFIG [it only installs CONFIG files for ps2_netemu]).
