Misc Questions about region changing, Wii Points, etc.

[Big mistake]

Hi, everyone!
The Rock Band 2 DLC opened a while ago, but I have one problem; I have buyed PAL Wii Points for my PAL Wii, and the game is NTSC backup.
I can't even download the free songs. When the song costs points, it tells me to contact EA Customer Service, and on the free ones, it actually says that I don't have enough points!

So, is there any solution for changing the region code for the Wii Points, maybe the Shop Channel or maybe even the Wii itself?

I will buy the game when it releases in PAL version, but hey. Guess it won't work for the original either.

They haven't even came up with a release date yet! And the Music Store could take a while to open, maybe.

I would just wait for the PAL game to come out and buy it, or burn a backup copy of a PAL .iso. (When it comes out)
