my friend bought a wii from the Philippines, the "asian" version, which has an original wii sports and arabic manuals. His current operating system seems to be 3.1u. HBC wasn't installed and no zelda saves seem to be present. So is it safe to update this wii to 3.2U, since it's apparently the best version out there?
His wii's serial number starts with LMH. I'm not really so sure about this wii since half the wiis in the Philippines tend to be japanese wiis that used regionchanger, which can't be updated with 3.3U and above.
