Hacking Question on 2 psvita memory cards

I am about to buy a new vita (1000 oled), for CFW and I currently have a damaged slim with bad sticks no cfw on it because of the screen. Got a 8gb psvita memory card for it I plan on switching it and using the 8gb for the psvita 1000, my question is when I buy a bigger psvita card 16gb to be exact how do I go about transferring everything on the 8gb to the new 16gb one with CFW? I don't know if I'll be getting a sd2vita because of the high rate of them going bad on here so I'll be using the psvita memory card more.

you can either transfer the data to your comp then to the new card or make a copy to the sd2vite and then copy it that way
