Hacking [QUESTION] How can you dump/extract private headers?

Hi everyone!~ - *MOD* - please delete or move to aproporiate thread, not sure where to ask it and here seemed right..

How would someone go about extracting private headers to use for GW/Sky3DS?

I know with a public header you get banned, and if i ever decided to buy either of those id like to know how id go online without getting banned.
