[Question] Gameboy Color Emulator w/ cheats/gameshark codes

I want to play the Gameboy Color version of Links Awakening with gameshark and/or cheat codes on switch.
Is this possible?

Use retroarch. I don't think there's a standalone gbc emulator and I don't remember if mgba supports gbc or even cheats. But I know retroarch has all of that
