Hacking [Question] Flashcart Resellers?

Does anybody know a good flashcart reseller that can take VISA gift cards? In the gift card FAQ it said I can't do international orders. I live in America.

if the seller accepts paypal, you can use the visa gift card through paypal to make an overseas purchase because the charge against the card's balance is made by paypal (based in the U.S.) instead of the seller (based overseas).

visa will be none the wiser about what you are actually spending the gift card on (merchandise being shipped from overseas), since you don't have to tell paypal, and paypal doesn't have to tell visa.

hmm. actually, according to paypal, a "U.S. only" visa gift card might still get declined if you try to use it to make an international purchase through paypal. with that in mind, guess my only advice would be "try and see" since people in various forums describe inconsistent experiences on that matter.
