ROM Hack (Question) Decrypting CIA Updates

Alright, so I wanted to decrypt and extract the 1.1.2 update of Smash 4 but I couldn't find a tutorial, any chance someone could point me in the correct direction? (I usually am against these kinds of threads but the fact I couldn't find anything on this led me to believe I'm one of the first to want to do this)
