Hey, guys. I found some *.acb/*.awb files inside "sound/adx" directory. They could be audio files. Is there a way to play them, or convert them to common format such as mp3/wav?

edit: nvm, I found out a way.

I'm analyzing the unpack data from the PazuDora X (Puzzle & Dragons).

https://fileinfo.com/extension/acb << The solution is from here.

You can use VGMToolbox to unpack the ACB file. And then use YATA+ convert *.bcwav to *.wav
But I don't know how to repack bcwav to *.acb, bacause CRIWARE is too expensive.

I'm not the OP but I might be able to help!

I know a program called Eternity Audio Tool that can open *.acb/*.awb files. One thing though: .acb files sometimes require an external .awb (they might be named similarly, like in case of Puyo Puyo 20th Anniversary for 3DS), in that case you'd want to temporarily name them the same without touching extensions.

Wanted to shout out that this tool is what I needed to extract the music data from DariusBurst CS Core (Switch version), which stores the music data in *.acx/*.awx files. The tool needed the files to be renamed to *.acb/*.awb accordingly, but it worked.
I used the 1.0 beta1 from this site: https://www.balkanpesbox.com/forum/topic/4072-eternity-audio-tool/
