Hacking Question about synching trophies on 3.60

I've been away from the scene for a while so I am not up to date with what has happened lately. Have there been bans for synching trophies on 3.60 spoof? I have played several backups (not digital only games) so wanted to know if I should be aware of a possible account or console ban

I played lots of dumped games and synced my trophies every hour , spent lots of hours playing online too.. no ban at all
