Hacking Question about Sky3DS and Online

I just got this flashcart, Sky3DS. out of the box it worked well with the microsd card i prepared before the card came.

But I get this error:

am I doing something wrong? all games plays correctly except when i'm trying online.
Now this is Tetris 3DS, a game i have originally and already played online.
Just trying out online on the flashcart. Oh and download play worked.

I don't know much about Sky3DS...looking into it now. However I do know that you should always use the latest template from their website. Make sure the program using that.
