Hacking Question about saves & NNID

Hi,

If I backup all my Wii U saves using saviine or DDD and then I format my SYSNAND...
Will my saves work if I restore them with a different NNID?

Edit: and if I reconnect the same NNID after formating the Wii U, will I loose my registered friends or not?

1. If you reinject with saviine/iosuhax then yes
2. Wii U friends not sure, miiverse friends no

1: Yes, the purpose of making decrypted save backups is exactly the freedom of editing and sharing saves (so yes, the contents of a save archive can be installed on different consoles even though the encryption key of the save archive depends on some console-specific ID)

2: Yes too, friends are part of the account, just log in again!
