ROM Hack Question about OR/AS and HANS

Ok i search but i can't found aswer about this. I want dump OR/AS with braindump and edit with pk3ds, my intention is make some little change for start but after that how i can do for play the edit i made with HANS? Sorry for this question but i understend how to dump the file from my copy of the game but not how to repack the change.

YES YES AND YES! If you edit/Randomize you Pokemon 3ds Games and Play it with HANS it WILL work! Also To play the rest of the game you need to make sure it is edited to support the story you started at the beginning of the game.
