Homebrew Question about installing and Streaming on 11.6

Hey guys sorry to post what should be an obvious question but I just want to make sure I understand correctly.

So if I want to stream on my 3ds I'll have to go through the whole install guide at https://3ds.guide and for 11.6 the only way is to do the DSiWare transfer from another 3ds already running CFW?
So if I have an old 3DS and new 2ds xl but both are running 11.6, I'm pretty much out of luck on streaming on it?

The only option would be to get a flash cart and use the ntrboot method?

The best and probably the method with the least hassle would be to buy a flash cart and use ntr-boot to install B9S on your console

Do you have any personal recommendation on carts? Or just any card listed there that is compatible with 11.6?

@Hedgehog661 use the R4i Gold 3DS RTS if you want a good cart that will also have good Flashcart functions. If you're going for cheap, use the R4i SDHC 2017 Gold Pro.
