Hacking Qcma will not transfer H-encore 2

Hey all long time reader Fist time poster..
So I've followed alot of marvelous guides on here and wolo but now I'm stumped.
I am not an idiot and have been trying to search this for about a week avast nothing still so here goes..
I jailbroke my friends console(3.65 henkaku and enso) and I'm not 100 % sure what he did as he works away. He's brought it back on 3.73 anyway he wants me to redo the hack but now final HE will only push Hencore and he needs Hencore2. Not really sure what to do with it at this point as I did the steps on the flows git hub to manually push hen 2 across but it shows up in cma on vita soon as I press copy it crashes qcma and the vita said computer disconnected.
And on the computer it says qcma has stopped working. I've not had this problem before and can't seem to find anyone who has simular so any help is greatly appreciated.
Btw just to say it now, all the "oh he shouldn't updated"<--- this is somthing I'm aware of I don't know why he did it yes it was stupid so..(who do you thinks more PO'ed right now I've gotta deal with this sheet) any helpful suggestions are welcomed thabks guys

It might be that he didn't update and it's still on 3.65 but spoofed to 3.73

Do you have henkaku settings in settings?

Can you run homebrew apps? More specifically, vitashell?

If you cannot i think you'll have to reinstall firmware and then downgrade back to 3.65 because the spoof settings are unable to be changed, also keep in mind you'll lose access to mem card bacause of the spoof settings you'll get a format loop. So you'll need a spare vita to delete id.dat in the mem card to prevent this.

Thanks for the quick reply I'll give it a try now I had considered this but he said he had updated

when I try to update it says already on latest version and
No henkaku setting
No vitashell or acess as he already formatted his card
And I can't thank you enough for the help btw

Yea sure no problem! And you'll have to force the update through safe mode and qcma

You might even be able to update through cma app on vita

UPDATE: took a while to get the qmca (about two days lmao) but it worked only problem after was couldn't get enso back as he never un instaled it so i used enso ex and now it works yaaay only struggle now is HBB dont work on mine or his
