Hacking (Q): 11.3-36E Update safe?

hi all,

regarding the recent 11.3 update, i want to update my ads (using just Luma CFW at 11.2 FW, no A9lH.

if i update my cubeninja cart to 2.9 hax and my HBC loader on my cfw, i can safely update to 11.3?
or should i update my luma via luma updater to latest stale/normal fw?
before doing the actual nin update?

It is highly recommended you get a9lh anyway, even if you use emunand. It will be an extra layer of protection for your system.

9.2 SYS + 11.3 EMU + a9lh is the safest way to have your 3ds, if you totally need an emunand for whatever reason.

Yes its safe as long as you update luma. If i had a nickel for every thread about this...
