Project Kaeru, a service to revive the commercial FGW (that is still alive but does not work out of JPN) for free has been worked on for the past 2 months by myself, @jaames, @JoshuaDoes, and @jsa, and is now ready for public release!

As we are currently not finished with the entire patcher, please refer to our Facebook page ("Flipnote Collective") for instructions on accessing (hint: it breaks GBATemp rules and thus we cannot tell you here)

We hope you enjoy! c:

That's pretty cool! No USA support though :(.

I dont have any idea about what is a FGW.
It stands for "Flipnote Gallery: World" It's an online service for the application "Flipnote Studio 3D". It was exclusive to Japan, and patched out in EUR and USA regions. This is an alternative server for that.

I find it odd that it won't let me post my 125 page Flipnote, but it will let me publish my 1 page one. I guess the servers can't handle big Flipnotes right now? :/

Great work, it would be great if someone could do the same with Swapnote, I don't know if that can be possible though.
