Hardware PSP X button failing

So my Gfs PSP 1000 was totally fine last week she blasted trough dinner dash. Yesterday I turned it on, and to my surprise the x buttons is stuck.

So I opened up the console I have experience in fixing minor issues with PSP, I turned the console on without a face planet and the rubber that triggers the buttons and to my surprise still the X button pressing. So next I swap out the chip that has the power button and the face buttons, and the problem persists.

Any idea what could it be?

idk if this is still an issue for you but try cleaning the face button contacts, there might be a small short.

Tried replacing the whole board and the problem still persisted.
