Hardware PSP joystick problems

Hi.

I have a PSP 2000 with flashed 6.60 PRO-C. When playing 'copied' games (CSOs, ISOs) the joystick does not work. However, when in homebrew and emulators, it works. The only plugins I use are CXMB and CategoriesLite. The joystick used to work, but after turning on my PSP after about 2 months, it doesn't. I use ISO mode Inferno.

Any help would certainly be appreciated.
