Hardware psp go cfw

hi i have a pspgo that have the cfw 6.20 pro b-10, the problem is that in all my win 10 systems the pspgo it cant be conected, it only shows the message of that is conecting "pleae wait" but it doesnt, only on one old win 7 system that i have, the system can conect, what it could be?, the psp go have the cfw 6.20 pro b-10, any help is welcome, thanks in advance

Have you tried removing the battery before another attempt? The error could be stuck in RAM. Remove any UMD and memory card too, just for good measure.

hi the psp is a pspgo the psp go is digital only and the battery is closed it can be removed

Windows after the 2H02 update won't even detect my 4TB external drive. What I did is I turned off the power saving in all of the Universal Serial Bus Controllers in Device Manager.

Maybe it will work in a 2.0 USB port, not a 3.0/3.1 USB port. It could also be that the cable itself is faulty.

as i told before the console and cable works ok on a pc with win 7 but on a pc with win 10 doesnt work on any port of any charactersitica 1.0, 2.0 or 3.0
