PSN STILL under maintenance?

Every time I try to go change or recover my PSN password, I get the "under maintenance" page on my PC.

Is anybody else getting this?

EDIT: Googled, and people seem to have luck changing it from the Quirocity login, so that's what I ended up doing.

I don't even remember how i changed my password.
I Just remember a LOT of swearing, and threatening to defy technology to go live in the mountains.
