Try to avoid going online at all costs until we know it is safe. Theoretically, you can load backups in CFW then switch to OFW to update them but we cannot say that the Switch logs in crucial data when it is in CFW that can be transmitted when the Switch is in OFW and connects online.

Yeah, but when you went online you were in the SX firmware or did you rebooted in normal mode? I would appreciate if you could clarify

Original firmware or official firmware.
SX is the name of the "cfw" that xecuter made.

OFW = Official firmware;. SX = team xecuter custom firmware for switch

I only went online to the store in horizon mode to buy the new mario and it was when I found the error

The only thing I used is LayeredFS for three games for testing, I booted these three one time and never did it again. I got the typical error ''reboot your console'' blah blah several times.
But I'm still not banned...I'm still worried about this.

OFW refers to booting into the Switch's OS without any modifications. Booting into a CFW can theoretically lead to a ban since running a CFW violates Nintendo's ToS. Team Xecuter's products are known as SX OS and SX Pro. One is the CFW by itself (and a payload to boot into it) while the Pro has the CFW and payload built into it.

Made this image today. Sums up my reaction to all this. Forgot to tack on CDN download tools and custom profile avatars to that. Those are big "Please Ban me" flags you can add to your Switch as well.

What did you do before getting banned? Did you use LayeredFS? Did you use SX OS/Pro? Please provide as many details as possible

my console was always in airplane mode I only went online a little while ago to buy a game and I get out of the eshop and then when I try to enter again surprise !!!

Yes it is possible, the problem is updates are not readily available on the Internet for download. You can try asking someone if they have an update for a game that you need since we can also dump updates as well.
