Hacking PS4 Demo Staff Mode Unlock

Hey guys, its been a while since I posted. Now, I just recently got a demo PS4. I did a staff mode unlock code to get out of OMSK. What sucks is every time I turn my PS4 on, it just shows the blue background moving and I have to enter the staff mode unlock code. Also, when I am in the main menu, the staff mode activated is on the top right corner. I cant go into the PS Store or view messages or anything PSN. Could somebody please give me some tips to fix it? Thanks

Don't think you can, I know you can load up OMSK on a regular unit, not vice versa. Not sure if Sony still swapping out retail PS4 for Kiosk one out there.

I also think I could reformat the HDD.
