Hardware PS3 VS Ps4 VS Ps4 Pro

Im considering buying either a PS3 or a PS4 but im kinda doubting.

The PS3 is:

+Cheap
+Better liberary

-Dated

The PS4 is:

-alot more expensive
-doesn't support ps3 games (Kingdom hearts 1.5 and 2.5)
-isn't hackable (although im not planning on it even with a 3)

+ Much newer

And then there is the Pro. Which is even more expensive than the original 4 but has alot better hardware. But i only got a 32 inch 1080 Tv. So 4K would go to waste.

Opinions?
