Hacking Homebrew app PS Vita remote play

I would like to buy a PS Vita but I've heard that using remote play with a PS3 will only allow you to use PSP controls and only certain games are supported is there any way that any Homebrew app has modified it so that you can play any game using the PS Vita controls you can do it on the PS4 without the PS3 please help! (I only have a PS3 not a ps4)
