The Ps Vita's screen brightness is too bright for playing in the dark, is there are homebrew that can lower the brightness lower then the default?

Btw I'm using a Ps Vita 1101(3G).

I know you can change the brightness value in the registry, but IIRC it doesn't apply it correctly so it doesn't actually work.

Other than that, I haven't heard or seen any homebrew that will do this.

Oh ok,I hope someone could make something like that. Thanks for the help.

Some people say wearing blue light cancelling glasses helps a ton with the brightness issue (on just about any device), but I assume you don't want to spend like $5-$10 on glasses just to lower brightness lol.

The brightness range on the Vita is appalling really, I'm surprised nobody else has tried doing anything about it.
