PS Remote Play Dreamcast Port?

Is there anyway I can port it to the Dreamcast?

This would not be possible on a Dreamcast.

For one, it likely wouldn't be strong enough to decode the video, period. Hardware simply isn't powerful enough.

And two, the included modem on the Dreamcast has a max throughput of like...56kb/s. Not even remotely fast enough for Remote Play.

Kinda. There's an Arduino mod you can do to make a "Broadband" adapter which emulates the one the Dreamcast had, though I believe that the DC's BBA was simply a slightly faster Modem.

It's not feasible as the limited hardware capabilites of the Dreamcast, make it near to useless considering all that's needed for it to work.

Hardware modding is one thing, reinventing the wheel is something totally different.
