I second this notion. In addition to the video downloading services, it also gives you a link to download the audio by itself from snipmp3.com.

Install firefox, then install a plugin called GreaseMonkey, then install this script, Youtube.com EZ Download, to download videos directly in youtube without the need of a program or website. Just go to the video you want, click the format and quality, and download.
