Hacking Problems loading backups from USB

Hi guys,
I installed the backup loader (Disc, GC and USB/SD) succesfully on my wii.
I also formated a usb hard drive to WBFS and then I put wii sports and made a backup on the HD which loads succesfully(so hard disk compatibility is ok).
Then I made a backup of Zack And Wiki: Barbados Island. When I load that game, the screen turns green for a second and then stays black. Doesn't load the game. This also happens with some backups on the regular disk loader channel.

The wii is version 3.2 and has installed IOS16 and cIOS249.
Is there something I'm missing?

Which revision of cIOS 249?

And is the game from the same region as your system? If not, go into the loader settings and force the video to the region your system is.
