So I am trying to install EUR DLC on a USA console with a EUR Region free release of fates. I tried am using Luma3ds and I have tried using the method of finding your title ID (long string of letter/numbers) then making a folder in /luma called Locale and then EUR EN to be able to run the DLC on a non EUR console.
This however did not work, I have checked the startup options in LUMA to make sure that language emulation was enabled before anyone asks.
It says installed successfully but when I go in game there is no DLC to be found.
