Hacking Problems dumping games via MaiDumper

I was using MaiDumper to try and dump my copies of UMVC3 and MK but even through the process finished for MK it won't install and gives me an 80101137 error code and in the case of UMVC3 trying to dump it results in my Vita powering down. It worked the first time but crashed due to not having enough space and now even though I've cleared space up it refuses.

Help?
