Hacking Problem with tubehax DNS

Hi !
To block the updates of my Wii u, I use tubehax DNS, it always worked. Today, my wii u don't want to connect to the internet, but when I remove the DNS, it works fine.
Do I Bug ? Do Nintendo block it ?
