Hello guys, first sorry if I make mistakes I’m not that great in pirating and understanding some stuff, but basically I have a problem (not that bad but still annoying) I basically hacked my switch around a year ago and had my save files on Zelda botw and totk, while pirating my switch I think I didn’t make a backup for my sysnand which I knew was wrong, so I decided to stay on emunand so Nintendo can’t ban me in case I wanted to play online on day.

For the past few weeks I thought about transferring my sysnand switch and saves files to the new switch that I’m about to have, but I don’t want to take the risk to go online because I just need a little bit of time to transfer my Zelda saves into the new switch then I’m good. Well today I decided to turn auto RCM mode to leave emunand and while booting into sysnand everything was the same as emunand I had all the pirated games and like the same data everywhere even tho I never logged online once or went back into sysnand once. I don’t know if I’m banned, but I still don’t want to risk going online because I’m wondering if I can still have a bit of time for the transfer.

That’s basically it, I would be pretty bummed to restart all my saves onto my new switch because I have so many hours from before pirating my switch. Hopefully u guys can enlighten me and explain things that I might don’t understand, thank you!

Actually, I'd like an answer to this one too, BUT in your case OP - why not just get a second mem card to use on sysnand (to be safe) and play your owned games the good old way?

It doesn't sound like you were actually using emuNAND, maybe you forgot to make the emummc.ini file.
In any case, bans aren't instant.

Hi! I don’t want to get a second memory card because I’m essentially interested about the transfer from my Zelda saves to an ofw switch more than anything, when I will get my new switch I will give out my hacked one to a close friend.

Did you link your N account and access online at all on the modded one? If you have - just transfer your non-modded, legit profile w/ saves to the new Switch.

Usually you get banned when you are logged into a nintendo account and try to perform a system update, start a game an update it or enter the eShop.
A that moment, the Switch sends a list of installed application and Nintendo notices that the certificates are invalid.

I don't understand how you see all your games from your emunand on your sysnand.
Those should be completely seperated unless you hacked and installed the games on your sysnand before making the emunand.

The games can't be launched btw, I tried that yesterday and there's an error.
