I have a problem with pokesav, when i load a pkm file with pokesav for black and white 0.03, his name and his owner's name become question marks.

Can you help me please?

It is because you are reading Japanese text on a computer that does not support it. You need to have Japanese font installed on your computer to see Japanese font.

But my pokemon's name is in french, not in japanese.
Even if his name is in Japanese there is always the same problem.
Even if i set windows in japanese language (system) there is always the same problem.

pokesav 4th gen and 5th gen are not entirely compatible. Just rename it and you'll be fine.
