Gaming Problem with my pokedex 3D

I wanted to recieve more pokedex entries so i started to pass the days in the 3DS clock.
After 3 days i skipped, i did not get any pokemon via spotpass. i returned to the normal date and even after 2 weeks, no pokemon on spotpass!

can i get any help? I just have no idea what to do.

Did you activated the SPOTPASS feature for the game?
Is your connection to the internet good?
Do you have any pokemon left to receive? How many pokemons don't you have?

you will STOP getting pokemon via spotpass, after you have so many pokemon
so
you will need to AR markers or get data from other users, to get the rest

I got all the AR stickers but there is only a pixeld sticker and on only a few there is a pokemon on them. how do i get Pokemon from AR stickers?

There are some Pokémon you cannot get from Spotpass, namely two evolutionary lines of the elemental monkeys, one gender of Unfezant, three seasons of Deerling and Sawsbuck, and one gender of Frillish and Jellicent must be obtained via trading

If you have all the others, you have your reason.
