Hacking Problem with load payload

I have allredy done paperclip and can load APX mode. At start when i plug in switch , win10 show info about unavailable driver APX , so I use zadig-2.3 and chose libusbK (v3.0.7.0) after that on devices list I have libusbKdriver and external usb 3.0 . When I try upload payload on web-cfw-loader , I get a reply message "Requesting access to device...
Failed to get a device. Did you chose one?". I try delete and install driver again few times, and still i can't do it. Please help me or tell what i do wrong.Thanks for help Nitro

Yes ofcorse , Im administrator of computer , and press option run as admin.I do all steps like guy from this video
