Homebrew Question problem with gba saves (retroarch)

I need help with my GBA saves on Retroarch...
I have played a lot at golden sun and pokemon fire red, I have updated retroarch cores... and now my GBA saves are gone... When I load a GBA rom, it starts from the begining like if i never had any save...
And when I load the auto save state, the game crashes...

So I can't load my saves, is there anyway to load my save state (on pc or something) and recreate a save file from it?

I really don't want to loose my progress

Are your saves still on the SD card? RetroArch/cores/savestates or Retroarch/cores/savefiles

Yes but when I load the game, save won't load

So just put the saves on your pc, fresh install retroarch on your SD, put the saves back. Should work
