ROM Hack Problem with Citra

I don't know if this is the right discussion to post but i have some problem with the Citra. Thanks to my friends i can extract the rom from my Pokèmon X and Fire Emblem Awkening; the file become a .3DZ (?). I try to test with Citra but the file load but the screen remane blank. I have to convert in some way?

Simply dumping your game is not enough. You have to decrypt it too.

There should be an error message in the log anyway.
