Hacking PROBLEM w/ GATEWAY ULTRA v3.3 PUBLIC BETA

Ok guys i updated the card and noticed all games work, except for super smash bros.
only change i made to 3ds was the emuNAND firmware. super smash is the only game i have dlc installed on, you think nintendo patched something?
anyone else having issues loading super smash bros USA from gateway 3.3

do you have enough space on your SD card? without enough space, SSB doesn't load.

i have not changed any settings or added anything , except for the new gateway patch.

Super Smash Bros now shows a blue icon like it has a game update, but i am on version 1.08 that came out last month with Ryu and the other characters. which leads me to believe nintendo fixed something idk...

Does it work with the 3.2.2 launcher?

If they would have "fixed" something it would apply to more games than just Sm4sh

Edit: Sm4sh (Updated w/ All DLC) works perfectly fine for me on 3.3

yes it worked with my old launcher but not now, and i didnt change anything. ok so we know it works cause melon confirms, what would you recommend to fix maybe?

Back up save, secure value, and exdata.
Then try reinstalling
