Yes. I know that is not (in) the Switch 2 SoC. And yes, some of the vulns shown are supposedly fixed or not present in Tegra X1+ so the Switch 2 would not have them. But some others may be there. Still inspirational, probably.

That's for the Tegra X2, with the only known deviced released with it in 2016. Switch 2 is part of the Tegra Orin line, with one of the earliest devices that is part of it (The T234) released in 2022.

Even if we assumed the T239 in the Switch 2 was developed/finalized in 2023/24, that's still at least 7 years they had to quash every exploit or flaw between the jump between Tegra X1 and Tegra Orin (which is 3 entire SoC lines apart)

This is laughable the Tegra X2 was made back in 2016 surely you don’t honestly think Nintendo would put an X2 inside the Switch 2

Edit:- we know nothing about the chip used in the Switch 2. NVIDIA made a short video about the chip and said it was a special one of a kind made chip specifically for the Switch 2 so you can’t pin point any chip on today’s market. As an example for the Switch 2 to be running the latest Resident Evil Requim title that is also being released on the PS5, XboxX and Windows platforms just shows how powerful Nvidias Switch 2 chip is for a “handheld system” it’s amazing performance tbh. I’m sure these two new handhelds from Xbox Ally are extremely powerful but god damn that thing is a big ugly embarrassing mess they look just like a steam deck copy with short arms and it’s unfortunate because I like the idea of Microsoft releasing a handheld
