I know it's been a while, but I had been wondering if the Pro CFW team have ever addressed this problem.

Namely, with PRO C2 CFW, I can't launch any PSX games at all. Admittedly, I hadn't tried just a straight PS1 ISO, but I've made the point of trying to re-pack (where applicable) or use a PSN flavored version of a PS1 game I would like to play, and last I tried, none of them worked at all, giving me a FFFFFFFF error and exiting out. It didn't matter if I made or packed the ISO myself.

It's only particularly distressing because the official Google Code page won't provide a download link to Pro C, which was the last build that worked correctly with all the games concerned.

I had been wondering the same thing a while back but saw nothing new on the site and the links to the nightly builds were broke. I seem to recall someone saying that this was fixed in the nightly builds at some point but never ventured to try. That whole mess with C2 really annoyed me. Sticking with C.fix3 for the time being until they do something official again.

Save yourself the trouble and use 6.60 ME 1.8

Buggy CFW in 2014, ridiculous.

The ME version is permanent, there is also an LME version which is LCFW. It's the best option IMO.

Even in the permaCFW you can hold down the home button while cold booting and it loads the original 6.60 !

Kinda harsh, I've seen enough people complaining of games not working on 6.60 ME. Haven't tried myself but doesn't seem like the perfect solution either.

Being able to access PSN isn't a huge deal for me anymore especially since Sony decided to ban my PS3 when I never played online at all. :nayps3:

But I do know that with PRO C in perma-CFW mode, I could access the PSN fine on my PSP go on 6.20, nevermind 6.60. So no big deal there.

It seems perfect to me after these years. All games work.

I haven't found a single problem, it is crazily steady.

Don't know about PSN, but booting in original fw by holding down home should work, right?
