I'm running Luma3DS v.8.1.1. The O3DS was region changed to US and someone has pointed out that the region change is most likely the cause of the error.
It was originally pre-hacked with Luma 6 and had FBI injected into H&S. Followed Plialect's guide and updated a9lh.
The error was found at boot. I don't think it's a bad CIA, as I downloaded it from three different sources, one of which is Freeshop.
