Homebrew PreCompiled TWLSaveTool ? (with PMD: EoS Fixes)

i cant get it to compile (maybe from a old bannertool version i have in my build setup) cause everytime i try to compile it i get:

any idea to fix or anyone able to compile the latest version of @TuxSH 's Tool?

AFAIK FBI can also export/import NDS savedata, and it works with PMD: Explorers of Sky.
