Not to upset OP or anything, but I am a big fan of eliboa's TegraRcmGUI. (GitHub: eliboa/TegraRcmGUI/releases) It features this functionality, minimizing to tray, keeping a list of "favorite" payloads in-GUI, and an extra dose of user-friendliness to boot.

I would love to see something like this for a Raspberri Pi which would boot with the System on the Pi.
Means: I turn on my Raspberry pi (connected to a powerbank) and use it to boot CFW on the go.

Also not only can tegraRCMGui already do this, but there are also favourites, included UMS Tool and Shofelf2, and can minimize to tray

Thats what I thought, I use that and just left it to auto load on my kids computer so when his switch dies he can just plug it in after leaving it to charge

Simply not true, look at the code in DNSpy or Ghidra.
