Hacking ppspp emulator on PC (delete if not allowed)

Ppspp: Daxter cutscence and gameplay frame dips. Im using the latest development built.

Hi, first I'd like to thank the ppspp crew for such an excellent emulator. Don't know if we are allowed to talk about emulators on PC in this forum so delete this if it violates the policy. I have a gaming PC i59600k with a 1660ti and Daxter runs fine however the gameplay is running at 30 fps while cutscences in this game are at 60fps. Whenever there's a transition it would be very laggy and annoying which is not game breaking or anything but is there a setting that I'm missing to smoothen the transition.

I'm not sure if there is one for this specific title, but you could see if there's a cheat code to set the framerate to 60 like there is for a number of other games.
