PS1/2 potential ps2 slim solution to get around no HDD

i was looking into a lot of the many audinos out there and ran into this it fits the criteria i was looking for, thing it is possible to turn this audino set up into a localized solution to run games on OPL with a smb shared network, the idea that you would only be using the ethernet to connect to it, which would house an SD card with all your games on it for use in OPL

I don't think this is new, I've seen people using things like raspberry pis etc to do just the same thing, just anything small to run a smb server.
Unless this is actually different?

i figured raspberry pi was used in this way, i guess i was searching the wrong terms, raspberry pi probably would transfer faster too i imagine

this is an audino though, doesn't have an OS like raspberry pi but the concept is the same
